You (the “User”) can access inditab.com (the "Site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed/updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of inditab.com as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site & its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned herein. Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights on you or any third party beneficiaries.

You must be 18 years or older to use the services of inditab.com. By registering/visiting/signing up the inditab.com service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. However, a minor can apply for various services offered by inditab.com under the supervision and guidance of guardian.

All Information provided by the applicant should exactly and completely match the details present on the document proofs submitted. Any Discrepancy in the Documents Attached and/or Application Form filled will be sole responsibility of the User and inditab.com will not be liable to pay any refund amount back to the user in case of any such discrepancy.

We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. Such changes will be posted to inditab.com for your convenience to understand your responsibility as a user. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

inditab.com will only collect, store, use, and share your personal information (including email address) as it is defined by our Privacy Policy and as regulated by Indian laws.

a) It is being accepted by the User that the contact information is collected and used by the company to provide services opted for, which is provided by the User from time to time on Website. The User’s need is fulfilled accordingly. This information is used by the Website/Company to improve the services for the User by providing regular updates.

b) There is certain information which maybe tracked automatically by the Company/Website about the User like User’s IP address and User’s behavior on Website. The User knows that such information may include the URL that the User visited prior to accessing the Website, the URL which the User subsequently visits (whether or not these URLs form a part of the Website), the User’s computer & web browser information, the User’s IP address, etc.

c) If any User Chooses to buy any product or services from the Company/Website, the User is allowing the Company/Website to gather the personal information of the User.

d) The User is aware that if any information which is provided by User whether it is posted message/ review / feedback anywhere on Website can be used by the Company/Website to help out the User in every possible way in future. e) The Company/Website can ask or request the User to provide the reviews for the products/services which are purchased/ availed by the User from Website.

f) The information like content/reviews/surveys/feedback which is submitted by the User to Company/Website may or may not be stored, uploaded, published or displayed in any manner. The User authorizes the Website/Company to remove any such content, review, survey or feedback from Website which has been submitted by User, without cause or being required to notify the User of the same.

As the Products/service offered by the Site are online in nature the Site does not refund any fees paid towards the processing of application.

However, in case of duplicate payment by error the Site may refund the excess service fees paid by the applicant.

In such event an application in writing should be submitted along with proof of excess payment, Address and Identity within 3 days of submitting the application at pan@inditab.com. Any applications thereafter shall not be entertained for refund. Inditab reserves the right to cancel the application at their will.


If the Applicant is not able to provide the documents required for the services availed, then the Contract for Service shall be treated as Expired or Terminated. On expiration of the same, Inditab follows the policy of destroying / deleting all the Confidential Documents/ Information disclosed by the Applicant during the period of service.

Delivery time of services opted by you vary with the service opted for. Some services are completely dependent on particular Government Authorities which cannot be by passed. Inditab Esolutions Private Limited and inditab.com is not responsible for any delay on the part of the Concerned Authority.

All the contents of this Site are only for general information or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. There are risks associated with utilizing internet and conversation over email based information and research dissemination services. Users/subscribers are advised to understand that the services can fail due to failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection.
