Process for Changes / Correction in PAN Card
- Click on “Download Form” Button to Download Blank PAN Application Form for New PAN Card.
- Click on “Instruction Manual” Button to know in detail How to Process the Application.
- Fill the Form as per all the Guidelines mentioned on Page 2, 3 & 4 of the Form.
- Then,Go through each step in the Instrucation Manual Document & Click on MAKE PAYMENT button to complete the payment
- You can access list of all documents and respective templates in the Instrucation Manual only.
- Application once ready, must be sent via Courier/Speed Post on the address mentioned in Instruction Manual.
- Make sure to send the Payment Receipt along with Duly Filled Form. Demo Payment Screenshot is available at the end of Instruction Manual.
Lost or Correction in PAN Card
- If you want to apply for New PANCard, Click on “Apply Now" tab to fill online Application form for Lost PAN card.
- If you want to apply for Lost / Duplicate / Reprint / Re-issue of PAN Card, Click on “Apply Now" tab to fill online Application form for Lost PAN card.
